If you want to create something set in Kaung Pi or inspired by Uoru's books, this page tells you where you stand. The short version: fan creativity is welcome, and most things are fine without asking.
Fan art. Draw it, paint it, share it, sell prints, take commissions. No restrictions.
Actual play. Stream it, record it, post it, monetise it with ads or Patreon. No restrictions.
Written fan content and homebrew — stories, adventures, house rules set in Kaung Pi — as long as they are free to download.
For any of the above, credit "Kaung Pi setting by Martelo Schwarz / Uoru" and you're good.
You may release a free PDF set in Kaung Pi or compatible with an Uoru book, provided:
It is clearly labelled as unofficial fan content, not an Uoru product.
You send a courtesy copy to marteloschwarz@gmail.com when you publish.
That's it. I don't need approval in advance — just let me know it exists.
Selling a PDF that uses the Kaung Pi setting or Uoru content requires prior permission. Write to me first. I don't say no often, but I want to know what's out there under the Kaung Pi name.
Please don't use the Uoru dragon logo on fan content. If you want to signal compatibility, use text — "Compatible with Kaung Pi" or "A Kaung Pi Fan Adventure" works fine.
You may not use Uoru text, art, or setting material — published or unpublished — to train, fine-tune, or prompt AI models of any kind.
If something isn't covered here, just ask: marteloschwarz@gmail.com.
