Uoru
A new setting for D&D
A new setting for D&D
"Above Kaung Pi the Great Stone hangs like a vast sandstone disk—amber in daylight, its belts only hinted in chalky streaks. This is Uoru, a world under threat: magic-hating humans press from their realms, while on the vast ice wastes deadly winter storms roam."

Uoru is a new setting for TTRPGs such as 5e, Pathfinder or Shadowdark. Inspired by the cultures of South and South-East Asia, the first region to be unveiled will be Kaung Pi. Walk among the Harimauja, the cat people of the plains and hills, and explore a land both gritty and spiritual.
After three years of thinking, writing, playtesting, and then some more refining, I’m finally ready to share this world with you. Rather than writing 200 pages of lore, history and geographic description, I want to introduce it through the eyes of Ahu, a ranger and Warden of the Path, in a Solo Adventure Gamebook using simplified 5e rules with a LoneWolf/Shadowdark inspired inventory system.
Compatibility: I plan for Uoru to work with all current dialects of D&D: 5e (be it the 2014 or 2024 edition, Black Flag/ToV, A5E or Free5e), but also in the future Shadowdark and Pathfinder 2.
